Cydney Williams
Veterinary Technician
I was brought up and work on a sheep and beef farm on the North side of the Gower, we run a small herd of Welsh black cows and around 500 ewes on the salt marshes. Also having spent a few months in New Zealand on Working holiday visa, I worked on a large dairy farm in the South Island. Since then I have done some relief milking in Carmarthenshire as an when I can. Outside of work, I enjoying spending time with my dogs, going to the beach and going to the pub and spending time with friends.
Eleri Griffiths
TB Tester & Veterinary Technician
Eleri comes from a strong beef and sheep background, and along with her family runs a flock of commercial ewes, a few pedigree Berrichon ewes and pedigree Badger face Blue Texels. They also have a small herd of pedigree Limousin cows. Having spent time in New Zealand and Ireland and qualifying as an Artificial Inseminator, Eleri has worked in the local area for the past 12 years. She is now thoroughly enjoying working with the team at Dyfed Farm Vets.

Surprisingly, she doesn't have much spare time on her hands! When she can, Eleri enjoys watching her boys play rugby, going on new adventures, and competing in local shows with the sheep.
Kaitlyn Price
TB Tester & Veterinary Technician
Kaitlyn grew up on a beef, sheep and arable farm and still lives and works on the family run farm. They have a commercial herd of 65 to 70 cattle alongside a small herd of pedigree Simmentals. They used to run around 80 to 100 head flock of pedigree Llanwenog ewes. They also used to have a family run business selling potatoes, veg and fruit which unfortunately stopped due to the lack of demand after the recent pandemic.

Outside of work Kaitlyn enjoys showing her cattle in local shows, catching up with friends and doing outdoor activities such as horse riding, rugby and walks with her Jack Russell.

William Speke
Veterinary Technician
I have grown up and worked on our family beef and sheep farm here in Llansawel. We rear 60 beef calves a year and keep them until sold as store cattle. Alongside the beef myself and my sister have our own pedigree flock of Charmoise sheep which we sell pedigree rams and ewes to commercial and other pedigree flocks. I also have my own stud of Section A Welsh Mountain Ponies which I breed and sell. Alongside working at home I have done relief milking for 8 years with 4 of them being herdsman for a 400 cow dairy unit. In 2023 I graduated with a BSc in Agriculture and have also completed my AI course. My hobbies include showing our pedigree sheep at the Royal Welsh Show and local shows. I also like to do some running when I have time!
